Tax Evidence Pack is designed to keep evidence on your own device. The desktop app stores your encrypted vault, original files, metadata and passphrase-derived key material locally. It does not upload your evidence, use analytics, or include advertising trackers.

What the website stores

If you buy Plus or restore a purchase, the landing site stores the license token and a cached verification result in your browser’s local storage. License verification is sent to Sociobot’s billing API only when needed. The merchant of record is Sociobot/Dodo.

Your choices

You can remove the local vault through your operating system and clear browser storage at any time. Deleting a vault cannot be reversed without your own backup. This page was last updated 28 August 2026.
